All attendees will be issued a name badge upon arrival. Please wear this name badge at all times while at the conference so that we know who you are and can greet you appropriately.
While attending this conference, please be nice to everyone. This includes your fellow players, staff, volunteers, and parents. This event requires a lot of time and energy to make happen, and these people have worked hard to bring you an experience that we hope you will enjoy.
There is to be no abusive, threatening, damaging, lewd, illegal or destructive behavior. Please keep your language and volume at an appropriate level. Remember, there are little kids here and we want to model appropriate behavior for them.
If you are behaving in an inappropriate manner, our staff may ask you to calm down. If you persist, we will ask you to leave. Three Rivers Gaming LLC reserves the right to revoke any badge and has the final say in all matters regarding this issue, up to and including removal of persons from the convention.
While you are attending the convention, please watch your stuff and keep it with you. Three Rivers Gaming LLC cannot watch your stuff and is not liable for any loss.
While attending Board Games for Bored Kids Convention there is a good chance that we will take your picture or record you in a video. You might be aware of this or you might not. By accepting your badge and entering the convention, you agree to abide by the rules and agree to comply with any and all decisions made by Three Rivers Gaming LLC staff members during the event. This is for that other guy, because we are sure you will follow the rules.
